Patches

Patches, are little improvements made over the original files, but keeping with the same livery.

Patches are sometimes necessary in order to make the original files more up to date.

This patch replaces the current light arrangements with the correct arrangement that was fitted to all power cars used on MML and a some on ECML and a upper marker light for the NMT.

 

A 40 minute scenario (medium difficulty) on the Midland Mainline London-Bedford route using the Class 43 HST is also included. Requirements for that can be found under 'optional requirements'

 

Note, this no longer includes the VP185 powercars due to these being licensed to Armstrong Powerhouse. 

The Class 319 is a dual voltage EMU built by BREL between 1987-1990 for use on the cross London Thameslink route.

This Is a Patch for the Class 319 Connex South Central Marketplace reskin available for Train Simulator. This Patch includes

  • Armstrong Powerhouse Class 319/325 Sound Pack compatibility
  • New Destinations textures
  • Adjustment of textures to make them closer to real life representation
  • Extra Variants of the livery (Connex Express and Unbranded)

The class 350 is a Electric Multiple Unit that was built by Siemens between 2004-2005, 2007-2008 and 2013-2014

This Patch improves the 350 that comes with Thomson's WCML Trent Valley route.

This patch contains

- new textures that replace the fictional livery with London Midland livery

- adds the /2 and /3 sub class varients

- adds compatibility for AP Desiro sound pack

A small patch which adds Armstrong Powerhouse Class 375/377 sound pack compatibility to all the Class 375s included with the Class 375 Southeastern Livery Pack. 

The Class 421 is a Electric Multiple unit built by BREL between 1964 and 1972 for service on BR southern region.

This texture patch improves the textures on the existing liveries that come with the class 421 addon for train sim, the patch improves accuracy of the livery with the real train and improves colour matching on the liveries

Class 444 Desiro Electric Multiple unit trains were built in Austria by Siemens AG in 2002-04 for use in Britain on express passenger services operated by South West Trains. These 45 units form SWT's main long-distance fleet.

This Texture patch improves the textures of the existing livery in train simulator by improving headlight textures and improving the accuracy of the colours of the livery making it closer to reality.  The branding has also been applied in this patch.

The Class 450 is a third rail EMU Built by siemens between 2002 and 2006 for south west trains.

This texture patch Improves the textures of the existing SWT livery that comes with the 450s from the Portsmouth Direct Line and London to Brighton Routes.

The Patch includes Better colour matching on the textures and Decals for the SWT Logo that were previously not applied 

The Patch also includes a Physics update.

A small patch which adds Armstrong Powerhouse Class 365/465/466 (Met-Cam) sound pack compatibility to all the Class 465s included with the Class 465 Southeastern Livery Pack. 

The Class 455 is a Electric Multiple Unit built in the early to mid 1980's which operate on suburban services in south london.

This patch improves the Textures of the existing liveries which come with the Class 455/9 pack by Thomson Interactive. The patch improves the the quality with correct colour matching of the liveries and new logo decals for the Network South East and Sout West Trains liveries. Also included are quick drives and support for the Class 455 NS (http://www.uktrainsim.com/filelib-info.php?form_fileid=32002)

The Class 423 is a Electric Multiple unit built by BREL between 1967 and 1974 for service on BR southern region.

This texture patch improves the textures on the existing liveries that come with the class 423 addon for train sim, the patch improves accuracy of the livery with the real train and improves colour matching on the liveries

This file adds branding to the London Overground the TFL Rail variants of the Class 315 included in the Waggonz Class 314/315 Electric Multiple Unit Pack.

The Class 220 (Voyager) and Class 221 (Super Voyager) are Diesel Electric Multiple Units that were built between 2000 - 2002 by Bombardier Transportation for the Cross Country and West Coast routes.

This Patch is For the Voyager Advanced Pack from Just Trains and includes,

  • Adjustments to the textures to reduce the reflectiveness and adjustment to the yellow ends and improved headlight textures
  • Edits to the physics to improve the braking performance.

The Class 66 is a Diesel Electric Freight Locomotive Built between 1998 - 2015 with a total of 455 produced

 

This patch adds extra headlight variants for the Class 66 that have been fitted with new LED headlight clusters.

What's Included?
- Cab Texture Upgrades
- Fixed Speedometer
- Minor physics edits to increase top speed to 90mph

- New Sounds for those that have AP 421 SP + AP 205 + AP Mk2D-F Coach Pack
- SWT Greyhound MBS with better physics
- Fixed Fragment meaning there were directionality issues with the BR Blue 8/12 car consists

This is a patch for the class 121 Chiltern Railways reskins from the JT London to Aylesbury that adds AP Sound Pack compatibility.

 

 

To avoid compatibility issues this does not overwrite the default files, in order to utilise this in scenarios the default version will have to be swapped out for this version either in the editor or with a program such as RW_tools

The Class 86 is a type of Electric Locomotive that was built during the 1960s

 

This patch improves the class 86 that Comes in the Class 86 Loco addon from RSC.

These improvements include,

  • Improved exterior textures with increased resolution
  • New non driver varients
  • Edits made to the train starts with the brakes applied opposed to fully released.

This Patch modifies the physics of the FEA-B, KTA, FSA and FTA wagons that come with the Freightliner Class 66 Pack and Class 86 Pack to increase the weight of the wagons to what more realistic values and also provides new Unloaded wagon bins to allow for more realistic simulation with loaded vs unloaded. 

The Containers on the FSA/FTA wagons have been changed to use the ones that come with the Freightliner 66 Pack.
